Chiltern Lighthouse Mentoring provides an effective and accessible mentoring service to young people between the ages of 11 and 18 inclusive in the Chiltern District of Buckinghamshire in order to reduce anti-social behaviour, social exclusion and criminal offending, by providing young people with mentors on a personal one-to-one basis.
